This spiral welding machine is used for ground screw production, welding the spiral blade on the tapering pipes to get ground screws, pole screws, supporting the contruction of any heavy duty construction, like houses, solar systems, highway guardrail foundation, etc.

This one we show here is semi-auto mode welding machine, manual feeding, and auto processing for ground screw with the servo motor.

Not only weld the spiral blade, it welds the ground screw base as well.

Ground screw blade welding machine always goes with our large diameter tapering machine with plasma hole punching equipment, together with our nut welding machine, they produce a ready ground screw, with required tapering shapes, holes, nuts and the ground screw base.
