Introducing our ground screw manufacturing machine

Before welding the spiral blade, the solar ground screw anchor should be forged into conical shape at one end, this is what our machine do.

The machine automatically feed the large diameter pipe into the heater and then into the forging tool, and forming pipe end into designed shape, after that, the tapered pipe can be laser-cutted with a designed hole if you need. Finally, the machine loads the pipes automatically.

The machine achieves impeccable results in a mere 40 seconds to 1 minute for a 4.0mm thickness, positioning it as the quintessential professional equipment for ground stake production.
